Some people believe that when the law does not succeed in punishing criminals, citizens should do so. What is your belief regarding this idea?Give reasons to support your answer.
We do take justice into our own hands. The Death Penalty, to me, is a form of revenge justice. He killed her, so I will kill "Him" - I think we cannot have it both ways...Or can we?
So we must take justice into our own hands? What if by the off chance that you are mistaken and he is innocent? Have you killed an innocent man. Can we take this risk?
What would happen if they committed murder again? Would you feel responsible for this crime, knowing that you could have prevented it. Would if you had the chance to kill Hitler, thus preventing the death of millions...would you?
If a person from my family was killed and I knew the person that killed my family member and he was declared innocent I wood take matters in to my own hands.
If the law does not do some thing in my privilege of one of my beloved I will step in and do the right thing. So I think the law should punish the bad people.
I don't think I'd do anything. Ever, because I don't wanna spend life in prison. If someone killed my family I'd probably just kill my self because I'm nothing with out them. Especially because I'm so young. That would suck.

What about your family? You would honestly be able to live your life, knowing that your whole entire family is dead? How do you live without your mom,dad, brother and sister?
If my family got killed, and I was the only survivor than of course I'm going to go after him everyday, until I found them, and then if I got into trouble by the government, I would be perfectly fine with that, because I would know that I did my job.
I would like to kill that person but my family would wont me to forgive him for what he did and god would help me and he all way have a plan for me. And I would be mad for a long time but you forgive
I would much rather see him rot in prison but if they won't put him there I would take him to a different country that there is know law about murder. And then come back here.

If the law doesn't punish someone that should be punished as much as I would want to do something to that person I would probably let Karma punish that person.
I will just let something bad happen to him and then I would leave it like that because if I do something to him and he dies I don't want to go to jail just because I kill him. So that is what I will do instead of killing people and going to jail. But if he kills someone else and he gets away from it I will kill him the next time I see him.

So that is what I will do instead of killing people and going to jail. But if he kills someone else and he gets away from it I will kill him the next time I see him.
