Justice For All:


A) Research "Jury Duty" and post your findings.  
B)Many people do not want to volunteer for jury service. How do you propose we make our justice system fair for everyone. How do we ensure that a jury is fair if we do not take part in this process? Explain your answer.

    Pass thought security
    All cell phones have to be turned off
    They can bring I pads,laptops,e readers,I pod
    They can not recorded or take pictures

    There are a group of people and they have to sit and listen to a trail and discus either the person is guilty or innocent.

    I think people just don't like doing it because there lazy. I thinks fine just the way it is because we never no is the jury is being fair or not.

    I think people don't like doing jury duty is because they're lazy and some people have to go back home and take care of there responsibility and we also never know when the jury is far or not

    Jury duty is when you go to a courthouse and tells if the person on court is guilty or innocent. Some people do not want to volunteer because they think the other people would be racist to the victim. So if you are in jury duty make your self be in it to.

    Jury duty is service as a juror in a legal proceeding.Personally I don't think they should have jury duty. If everybody has there freedom why do we have to serve on a witness stand if we don't want to.

    Jury duty is when you get a letter saying you are required to go to the court, and be in the jury and decide on the case.

    Jury duty is when you get a letter in the mail saying you have to attend someone's trial and decide whether or not you think they're guilty

    The courthouse picks very carefully their juries.Some people do not want to do jury duty because they get afraid of some defendants.

    In fact, you can’t even discuss the case with your fellow jurors until the jury deliberations at the end of the trial. Nor can you talk to the lawyers, witnesses or anyone else connected to the case.

    A Jury is :
    1. "Law A body of persons sworn to judge and give a verdict on a given matter, especially a body of persons summoned by law and sworn to hear and hand down a verdict upon a case presented in court." I would like to volunteer to go on a jury. I would like to do that because Justice should be served to the people that are proven guilty.

    Jury duty is the job in which you have to help consider if someone's guilty or not. What they can do is make them pay a fine if they don't go and if they do give them a small amount of money.

    I will never be in Jury duty because I will never want to send someone in jail if they are innocent and I just said they are guilty because I did not know what to say.

    Jury duty is when random people are picked to help decide if the convicted person is insolent or guilty and they listen to the story and go over the evidence to help decide
