DeleteThe Elizabethan era consisted of crimes,religion,and torture. Also there was village life. Those who lived in villages would not walk far to go to nearby towns and markets. The reason why Is because the villages already have these requirements. The life of the Elizabethan era was very calm and people depend on others in their comunity

ReplyDeleteDuring the Elizabethan era,upper and lower class are very different but sometimes they are the same. lIke they watch Shakespeare at the theater.the only part that is different is the lower class had to stand up to watch the show.the upper class gets to sit down and enjoy the show
ReplyDeleteI found out that they did not live a healthy life style. They rarely took showers and did not eat often. They only lived up to their thirties because of bad health. They only took showers once or twice a month. People that took showers often were considered whores. When people would use the restroom, they would throw their poop and pee out the window. People would often have others poop and pee all over them.
ReplyDeleteTimeline(1558-1568) they had a lot of laws that didn't make sence
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of material did they use?
ReplyDeleteLouie states: "Many people were poor. People died because of the diseases. People married at an early age.

DeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
DeletePeople married at young ages because they did not live very long. People rarely took showers and there was no plumbing so people went in pots, and threw it out the window. People had to wear wigs because they had lice. The poor and the rich were very different yet they all went to the theater to watch plays. There were no women actors. The women had to have white skin and red lips. Women even had to wear wigs too. People listened to opera music and bread and cheese was most common for people to eat. The water was not clean so people drank wine and beer.

DeleteThe English Elizabethan Era is one of the most fascinating periods in the History of England. The Elizabethan Era is named after the greatest Queens of England - Queen Elizabeth. Around this time music was a big part of entertainment. The way they dressed is entirely different from the way we dress today. They also wore wigs most of the time and lots of powder and makeup. Women were not aloud to be actors. Don't ask me I don't no why. And the men always bathed first. And the men and women's discription of beauty is a paleface red cheeks and red lips. C;
ReplyDeletePeople have changed since the Elizabethan age and back then people were very different. Some things though have not changed but have been not so judgmental. Back then people were put in middle an lower classes of life back then and that is not cool. Back then they were very rude to actors in plays if the play was not good, in today's world people would just say yes or no if it was bad. People have not been so rude and disrespectful as much now.

DeleteElizabethan England was not particularly successful in a military sense during the period, but it avoided major defeats and built up a powerful navy. On balance, it can be said that Elizabeth provided the country with a long period of general if not total peace, and generally increasing prosperity. Having inherited a virtually bankrupt state from previous reigns, her frugal policies restored fiscal responsibility. Her fiscal restraint cleared the regime of debt by 1574, and ten years later the Crown enjoyed a surplus of £300,000
ReplyDeleteThe fashion during queen Elizabeth's era was for self-expression for all social classes. Women's clothing was very modest, with garments designed to cover every inch of the wearers body, from neck to ankle.
