Minimum Wage Law

Research "Minimum Wage Law." What is the State and Federal minimum wage? Do you think it should be revised? What would the changes do? Respond to two classmates.

  4. The minimum wage is usually $8.00. They should revised to only give one more dollar. The place are going to be more expensive ,not exactly though they have to put the prices upper. The gas for the cars are going to be $5.00 /g.

  5. Almost every employe in California will be paid $10 per hour. The people who are getting paid more, the things that were less money would become more expensive.

  6. Although there are some exceptions, almost all employees in California must be paid the minimum wage as required by state law. Effective July 1, 2014, the minimum wage in California is $9.00 per hour. Effective January 1, 2016, the minimum wage in California is $10.00 per hour.

    I don't think they should rasie it because were going to have less food but still pay the same amount we did when it was more food

  11. The minimum wage for Las Vegas for 2014 is $8.00 an hour. I think it should stay were it's at or maybe go up to $9.50

  14. The bill will raise the California Minimum Wage to $9.00 per hour effective July 2014, and to $10.00 per hour effective January 2016. The highest minimum wage in the United States is currently $9.19 per. I don't think they should raise minimum wage because everything gets more expensive
