This is what you have to do for worm ups: 1. Shoulder width push-ups-50 2. Sit-ups - 60 3. Pull-ups -5 4. Chin-ups -5 5. 500 yard crawl swim- complete within 12 min. 6. 25 yard underwater swim- repeat 4 times 7. Buddy tow- 200 yds (RS shall use cross-chest carry or equipment tow)
