Pool halls has pool tables and people drink and play all day there. Mostly gangs go there to hang out there and play pool. Most people thing pool halls are dangerous and most of them are.

Pool halls are places where people can play pool and other bar games they do allow minors but they do not allow minors drinking alcohol which they do serve.
Pool halls shouldn't be a place for teens because of the older men . The pool hall has it's similar acts to a bar such as drinking smoking & that can in danger a teen because the older men are drunk.
Most pool halls are similar to bars because they have alcoholic beverages and are most likely filled with smoke from adults smoking. And if a grown man is intoxicated he can harm a minor or multiple.
